Following in the footsteps of previous M&Y Chairman John Creighton and Gary Buck, we are really pleased to welcome Nick Dance into his new role at the club.

We want to continue to invest and support our playing pathway and develop the relationships between each section of the club. Nick is able to bring a wealth of experience to the position including account manager roles at both RAM Rugby and Rhino.

In addition to this, Nick has worked as a Director of Rugby for Centaurs Rugby in Singapore for 7 years. His knowledge and understanding of rugby clubs will build on the fantastic legacy that both Gary and John have begun and will support our long term vision of making the transition from junior to senior rugby far more manageable.

Nick has a really strong connection to the club. From 1999 to 2001 Nick was a 1st XV player , playing Hooker and Prop. Last season he played a number of games for both the Wanderers and the 3rd XV. His son also plays for the Under 9’s.

He is a World Rugby Level 2 Coach, a World Rugby Level 1 & RFU Level 2 Referee, and in his playing days represented Singapore gaining 8 International Caps.

Welcome Nick, and we look forward to seeing you when training resumes.
