We are pleased to announce the signing of back 3 player Joey Gatus. 19 year old Joey joins us from Cambridge University where he has already gained 2 Blues.

Head Coach Richie Williams commented, "despite his age, Joey will bring some high level experience to our back 3 and supplement our excellent squad. Recently we have picked up a couple of injuries to Joey Patrick and Joe Green, so a player of Joey's quality will bring even more X-Factor to our back 3. His attacking mindset and good try scoring prowess lends itself to our playing philosophy and we look forward to welcome to the squad this week."

Gatus commented, "I’m looking forward to the new challenge of stepping up and playing Nat 1 rugby. Cambridge have had a good run of results recently, and I’m just excited to get involved, develop myself, and try my best to help the team until the end of the season."
